Senior Analyst, HRIS and People Analytics
Permanent Full Time Individual Contrib Toronto, ON, CA Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $93,500.00 Annually This is a hybrid position based out of North York @ 243 Consumers Rd - You will work 4 days a week in office and 1 day remote. Weβre looking for a talented and innovative Senior Analyst, HRIS and People Analytics to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards and Systems, you will be responsible for leveraging data and technology to drive strategic decisions related to our people, ensuring that Lifemark attracts, retains, and develops top talent and maintains a high-performing workforce.
