What the day will look like

+ Program Analysis & Reporting

+ Collect, analyze, and report data on global benefit plans (health, retirement, insurance, leaves, allowances, etc.).

+ Monitor benefit costs, utilization, and trends; identify risks and opportunities for savings or improvement.

+ Prepare regular dashboards and presentations for HR and leadership.

+ Prepare market benchmarking using Aon and external survey data (e.g., 50th / 75th percentile, industry segments) to support design and competitiveness reviews.
