What You’ll Be Doin

As a Senior AI Engineer, you’ll own AI solution end-to-end — from ideation through to production and global scale.

• Design and build AI/ML products that drive real business outcomes across the organization.
• Partner closely with Revenue, Studios, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to identify high-value opportunities.
• Lead discovery sessions to deeply understand business problems and shape the right AI approach.
• Engineer, deploy, and operate production ML systems at scale.
• Build and maintain observability tooling to monitor model performance, data quality, and system health.
• Translate complex model outputs into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers, helping them grow and succeed.
• Scale successful AI solutions across regions and business functions globally.
