The Senior AI and Modelling Engineer – Strategy works at the intersection of AI/ML and race strategy, partnering closely with strategists and engineers to identify opportunities where data-driven approaches spanning machine learning, statistical modelling, optimisation, and signal processing can improve performance outcomes. The role takes these opportunities from concept through to working solutions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Partner with the Strategy team to identify, scope, and prioritise problems where AI/ML can improve strategic decision-making and race performance.
• Build and maintain models for key strategic inputs: pace estimation, tyre behaviour, overtaking mechanisms, and more.
