About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi'
We are looking for an experienced Senior Organisational Design Advisor to make a difference in this large and varied organisation. As the Senior Advisor you will lead key organisational change projects or pieces of work using your expertise in organisational design.'
Working as part of the Organisational Design team, the Senior Advisor partners closely with leaders to successfully deliver organisational change. This is a hands-on role in a supportive and collaborative team. You would work as a trusted advisor to ensure consistency and validity of organisational design practices while creating a seamless people experience.'
This is a permanent, full time role, ideally based in Wellington. '
