As a Senior Advisor – New Graduate Programs within the Capital Markets Business Strategy team at National Bank, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and evolving early‑career programs, including rotations and training for new graduates and early‑career professionals, and ensuring a consistent, engaging, and high‑quality experience aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan program activities, training sessions, and learning pathways, including training and rotation schedules and sequences.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders and resources required to deliver program activities.
• Manage vendors, including proposal analysis and contract finalization.
