Responsibilities

• Delivering strategic employee communications planning, execution and support for company‑wide initiatives, and corporate and business unit clients.
• Leveraging and optimizing communication channels to engage employees and enhance corporate culture, maintaining high standards for traditional and digital internal communications channels, including an employee intranet site, e‑mail, printed materials, and other emerging tools / channels.
• Coordinating design projects while understanding EPCOR’s Brand Standards and applying them appropriately to all communications materials.
• Planning and delivering exceptional communications that reach internal audience segments, and on‑brand content for internal and external distribution.
• Supporting major employee events, ensuring alignment with EPCOR’s employee experience and corporate priorities.
