About the Role - Kōrero mō te Tūranga
Help shape and strengthen health and safety practice across the National Wilding Conifer Control Programme along with other key pest management programmes. You'll support central and regional government partners, enhance safety systems, and guide culture across a diverse programme working to protect Aotearoa's landscapes.

Responsibilities include:
* Lead delivery of programme H&S systems
* Support partners with expert advice and ensure operational best practices are used
* Spot risks and improve safety practice
* Analyse H&S data to identify trends and ensure investigations are carried out properly
* Build capability and positive safety culture
