Job Description

• Act as the deputy for the supervisor of data management and undertake effective monitoring and controlling of all areas to ensure the smooth running of the team.
• Provide support and expert cover for administrators’ processing/responsibilities when required to ensure all urgent outstanding work is completed.
• Always look to identify efficiencies and make enhancements to the processes and procedures in order to meet the various needs of the business and any new legislation, ensuring the optimal level of accuracy and consistency of data/client reporting is maintained.
• Ensure the accurate daily completion and authorisation of all tasks on the Data Management checklists.
• Set up all securities accurately within agreed time constraints, prioritising urgent requests.
• Establish, verify and accurately input prices, ensuring an optimal number of holdings are on supported pricing SEDOLs.
