Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead preparation of client invoices using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Workday.
  • Learn and prepare ISED government claims, meeting strict deadlines.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, typing documents, and mass mailing.
  • Lead workflow software systems including tracking and reporting.
  • Assist with greeting clients when appropriate.
  • Perform ad‑hoc reporting as required.
  • Support client information requests and follow‑ups.
  • Use various databases and adapt to custom software (e.g., Workday, Ascend).
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Two years of working experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Office Administration diploma or other relevant educational background (asset).
