Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of client invoices using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Workday.
- Learn and prepare ISED government claims, meeting strict deadlines.
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, typing documents, and mass mailing.
- Lead workflow software systems including tracking and reporting.
- Assist with greeting clients when appropriate.
- Perform adβhoc reporting as required.
- Support client information requests and followβups.
- Use various databases and adapt to custom software (e.g., Workday, Ascend).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Two years of working experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Office Administration diploma or other relevant educational background (asset).
- Prior working experience at a professional services firm (asset).
