Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm

Reporting directly to a Senior Director, you will be the engine room of the office, ensuring seamless operations across all departments.

The Role

As the core component of our office, your responsibilities will be diverse and high-impact. You will manage:

• Executive Support: Managing complex diaries and coordinating high-level meetings for the leadership team.

• Facilities & Security: Oversee daily facility operations and manage building security access protocols.
