Senior Accounts Receivable Operations Analyst with Acquire BPO working for RingCentral’s cloud communications platform.

Responsibilities

• Billing and Collections: Daily delinquency notices, payment and billing reconciliations.
• Reconcile customer disputes related to payment of outstanding balances.
• Handle high volume phone calls and emails to assigned delinquent customers.
• Reporting: Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor; build ad‑hoc reports using NetSuite and Excel.
• Team Planning: Participate in team planning meetings and assist team members to meet department goals and activity metrics.

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of high‑volume B2B collections and dispute/deductions experience.
• Accounting graduate.
• NetSuite experience.
