Duties & Responsibilities

1. Duties to be performed for 4 entities.
2. Processing of banks via Bank Manager on Pastel Version 19.
3. Processing Purchase Orders.
4. Work closely with Buyers - checking pricing/order quantities/making sure no double ordering.
5. Pull Purchase Order Reports following up with Buyers regarding stock and reasons for not receiving goods.
6. Processing all Supplier Invoices ensuring goods have been received and charged correctly.
7. Following up on claims, getting credits, and addressing overcharges from suppliers.
