Job Responsibilities :

• Full set of accounts for month end & year end closing (API AR, GL, CB)
• Handle subcontractors' accounts and payment
• In charge of project progress billing, receipts, project budget and profit recognition
• Scrap sales, interco and ad hoc billing
• Handle ATTC (Approved training & testing center) transaction
• Giro payment entries, perform bank reconciliation, manage bank balance
• Prepare monthly accounts schedule
• Responsible for monthly closing of accounts including preparing accounts schedules & journal entries
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis
• Analyse cost and the actual performance compared to budgets
• Prepare management reports
• Handle quarterly GST submission
• Tax and statutory audit compliance
• Assist in any adhoc reporting as and when required <...
