Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain full set of accounts for EXEO Global (both corporate and business) including Accounts Receivables, Account Payable and General ledger, including preparation of schedules and reconciliations.
- Perform month‑end closing related duties
- Prepare management reports and analyse financial performance on a monthly basis
- Prepare quarterly HQ reporting package for EXEO Global
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST report to IRAS
- Assist in budget/forecast preparation
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders in audit and tax matters
- Assist in documentation and monitoring in internal controls
- Review staff claims
- Perform administrative duties and any other duties assigned as and when required
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting / ACCA or equivalent
