- Handling full set of accounts including AR & AP.
- Monitor and prepare cash flow forecast.
- Responsible on the full spectrum of Fixed Assets functions.
- Preparing tax invoice and make sure payment is on time.
- Prepare quarterly GST e-submission, ECI and Form C submission
- Monitor and follow up closely on receivable and payable
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports
- Prepare monthly and year-end accounts closing
- Create or improve the finance policy and enforce it.
- Prepare and handling year-end statutory audits
- Other adhoc duties assigned by Management.
- At least possess Degree in Accounting or financial related field.
- At least 3 years experience in handling full sets of accounts
- Able to work independently
- Able to multitasking on job
