About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior to Intermediate Accountant who speaks English and is comfortable handling daily invoicing, invoice recording, and bookkeeping tasks. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys working with numbers, keeping financial records organized, and collaborating with an international team. If you have a solid grasp of Mexican tax invoice (CFDI) requirements and basic accounting principles, and you can communicate in English for daily work, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing: Issue, review, and record customer and vendor invoices (CFDI) in compliance with Mexican tax regulations.
• Invoice Recording: Accurately log invoices into the accounting system and maintain supporting documentation.
• Reconciliation: Help reconcile VAT (IVA) and assist with basic bank/ledger reconciliations.
