Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable & Receivable (invoicing, collections, reconciliations).
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Prepare financial statements and management reports under PFRS.
• Handle tax compliance and regulatory filings (BIR, SEC, DOLE).
• Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and support budgeting.
• Assist with audits and other financial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, with preference for experience in healthcare, aged care, or disability services.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting & tax regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks, or similar).
