Senior Accountant, SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting

We are looking for an experienced accountant with deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting to support our SEC filings and technical accounting functions.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support drafting of SEC filings in Workiva (Annual Form 10-K, Quarterly Form 10-Q, Quarterly Earnings Press Release on Form 8‑K)
• Prepare or review schedules to support financial statements and footnotes for SEC filings
• Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile accounts for the company’s capital structure (debt and equity)
• Prepare monthly entries for share‑based compensation and assist in preparing forecasts
• Assist foreign subsidiaries with statutory requests related to stock‑based compensation
• Assist in calculation of actual diluted weighted average counts and preparing forecasts
• File period U.S. Census reports...
