Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) practice. This role is Hybrid the San Mateo & Palo Alto market. This unique role offers the stability of full-time employment with the variety of project-based work across leading companies in the San Mateo and Palo Alto areas.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage month-end and year-end close processes

+ Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports

+ Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

+ Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects
