Job Description
Minimum Requirements BCom Degree in Accounting (majoring in Financial Accounting) Minimum 10 yearsβ relevant accounting experience Experience managing multiple entities simultaneously Own reliable transport Mature, professional individual (male or female) Technical Skills Proficient in: Xero Sage Online Pastel Partner Simple Pay Microsoft Excel (advanced level preferred) Online banking platforms (FNB and Standard Bank) Key Responsibilities Accounting & Bookkeeping Full bookkeeping function up to Trial Balance across all entities Processing and capturing of all financial transactions Maintenance of general ledgers and reconciliations Accounts Management Accounts payable and receivable Bank and credit card reconciliations Statutory Compliance VAT, PAYE, and UIF submissions Ensure ongoing compliance with SARS and statutory requirements Payroll Full payroll processing and compliance Maintenance of employee records, leave tracking, and deductions Property & Tenant Management Administration ...
