Position Overview

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for Analyzing and Reporting the Financial and Operational Performance of Stabilized, Lease-Up and Development Properties, Budget Variance Analysis, Preparing Financial Statements and Performance Analytics, and Monitoring Compliance with Accounting principles and Regulations.
