Job Summary

To conduct and supervise account payable functions while ensuring the accuracy and punctuality of transactions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for all aspects of accounts payable including but not limited to verifying & matching invoices to receivers, check requests, expense reports, and following company procedures.
  • Assisting with day-to-day account problem-solving by providing guidance to the junior team and raising issues and solutions for the senior team. Dig in and figure out how to work around problems.
  • Performing and Control month-end closing process of financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness of expenses according to a timely manner.
