Job Description

  • Oversee payroll accounting in collaboration with the Human Resources Department and the Belgian Social Secretariat.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring thorough documentation of all transactions.
  • Streamline financial processes and continuously enhance and document these procedures.
  • Handle payments, banking transactions, and manage the dunning process.
  • Generate monthly reports, forecasts, and ad-hoc financial analyses.
  • Collaborate with cost center managers to prepare the annual budget and monitor budgetary adherence.
  • Prepare annual financial statements and liaise with auditors.
  • Coordinate with external financial service providers to ensure compliance and accuracy.

  • Proficiency in English, with additional knowledge of German, French, or Dutch being advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in financial accounting.
