Description
A local government agency is seeking a Senior Accountant for a contract assignment.

Some of their general responsibilities include:

+ Preparing financial statements

+ Maintaining and reconciling accounts

+ Assisting with journal entries

+ Assisting with budgeting and forecasting

+ Ensuring all accounting tasks and financial records comply with generally accepted accounting principles


Requirements
4 plus years of general ledger experience and an undergraduate degree in accounting is required.
