Maintain accurate financial records up to trial balance
Prepare monthly management accounts with variance analysis and commentary
Perform full balance sheet reconciliations including bank, creditors, and debtors
Process journals, accruals, and prepayments
Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data across operations
Assist with year‑end reporting and liaise with external auditors
Manage rental income schedules and tenant billing processes
Monitor lease agreements, escalations, and recoveries (rates, utilities, etc.)
Reconcile tenant accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
Track property‑related expenses including maintenance, utilities, and rates
Prepare monthly property performance reports (income vs expenses)
Support budgeting and cash flow forecasting for property operations
Monitor capex and maintenance spend against approved budgets
