We are seeking a senior finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations for an SME in the construction sector. The role encompasses general and project accounting, financial reporting, compliance , and providing strategic insights to management . This position reports directly to the C-level and involves leadership of a small finance team.

• Oversee full-cycle accounting and project accounting activities.
• Prepare management reports, account reconciliations, and periodic statutory submissions.
• Maintain and improve internal processes, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external advisors as required.
• Lead and support ad-hoc finance and business projects.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and development to a small finance team to ensure efficient operations.
