This role sits within Finance and combines responsibilities across broker compensation accounting and financial close & reporting. The position is responsible for delivering accurate compensation calculations, maintaining strong financial controls, and producing timely management and statutory reporting. The role will support both monthly close processes and performance-based compensation activities, while driving improvements through automation, standardisation, and enhanced analytics.

• Financial Close & Reporting
• Deliver timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end close in accordance with group deadlines
