Role Description

As a Senior Account Manager, you will coordinate internal operations teams and external customers to facilitate the movement and completion of individual shipments. You are accountable for the performance of all assigned shipments and managing communication between operations, shippers, consignees, and customers. This role combines focused operational oversight and outstanding communication to deliver excellent customer service.
