About the Role
The role of a Senior Account Manager is to oversee and nurture relationships with NoBlue2βs existing customer base alongside winning βnew to usβ NetSuite clients β generally saving them from a poor existing implementation. You will provide direction, specialist knowledge and support to clients in their NetSuite technology/applications. You will be responsible for managing the sales cycle to enable assessment and demonstration of solutions to prospects along with offering support to existing / prospective clients and creating supporting documentation. The primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, promote account growth, and contribute to the overall success of both the client and NoBlue2.
