Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Strategic Client Leadership: Act as the lead strategic advisor to senior-level client contacts at DOVE (Unilever), understanding their business challenges and opportunities to develop long-term brand strategies that drive significant impact and growth.
• Account Growth & Profitability: Lead the overall strategic and commercial performance of the DOVE account, identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, and consistently striving to increase client and agency profitability.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Inspire, manage, and mentor a large, multidisciplinary internal agency team (including account managers, strategists, creatives, and production) assigned to the account, fostering a collaborative, high-performance, and client-centric culture.
