Senior Account Director – Brand

Zeno Group Canada is seeking a Senior Account Director to join our Brand Team. This hybrid role is based in Toronto. The ideal candidate is a strong account leader with expertise in client service, new business, team development and management, delivering consistent excellence to clients. The individual will act as a skilled client counselor, navigate challenging conversations in real time, and lead the development, execution, and reporting of PR strategies and programs for consumer clients. They are an expert in account management, covering day‑to‑day activity, traditional and emerging PR strategies, creator marketing, and strategic counsel to support business objectives.
