We are seeking a senior account assistant to support the company's finance and accounting operation.

• Handle full set or partial accounts, including Ao, Ar, and general ledger
• Prepare invoice, debit/credit notes and follow up payment
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting record
• Assist in month‑end and year‑end closing
• Prepare schedules for audit, GST and tax submission
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and internal departments
• Knowledge for XERO account system
