Job Description

About the Role

: 
  • Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of the 3DX platform, ensuring system stability and efficiency.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and vendors to define the future state of PLM capabilities.
  • Define and document governance frameworks for configuration management, system changes, and customization policies.
  • Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and software releases with minimal disruption to operations.
  • Engage with functional and technical subject matter experts to address customer requirements within the 3DX Platform (including CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA).
  • Configure, customize, and maintain 3DX platform components, including FCS, FTS, and indexing areas.
  • Mentor and develop a multi-functional team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
