Weβre working closely with the Headteacher and SENCOΒ to find a skilled SEND Teaching Assistant to join their experienced team. This is a hands-on role supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 who have additional learning needs, including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.
What Youβll Be Doing
Supporting individual pupils in class and during small group interventions, particularly in literacy, communication, and emotional regulation.
Helping to implement and review Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) alongside the SENCO and class teachers.
