We’re working with a supportive primary school in Lawrence Weston looking for a Flexible Learning Partner to provide 1:1 support within their Reception class.

This school supports a high number of pupils with complex SEND needs, so they’re looking for someone experienced, patient, and genuinely passionate about helping children feel safe, understood, and ready to learn.

You’ll be joining a nurturing school community where support staff are valued and teamwork is a big part of everyday life. No two days will look exactly the same, but every day will matter.
