SEND Intervention Lead
Leeds | Full time | September start 2026 start | Long-term opportunity
Are you an experienced SEND professional looking for your next challenge?
This role would suit experienced HLTAs, Inclusion Leads, Learning Mentors, Behaviour Mentors or SEND Practitioners seeking a long-term position within a specialist SEMH resource provision.
PK Education are recruiting for a SEND Intervention Lead to join a specialist SEMH resource provision in Leeds from September 2026.
Key responsibilities:
β’ Deliver targeted SEND interventions to individuals and small groups
β’ Support pupils with SEMH, autism, ADHD and additional learning needs
β’ Develop, implement and review Individual Support Plans (ISPs)
β’ Contribute towards EHCP targets and monitor pupil progress against outcomes
β’ Track, record and evaluate intervention impact using school systems
β’ Work closely with the SENCO, pastoral teams, class teacher...
