We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Teacher to join a welcoming primary school's SEND Hub in Stockton-on-Tees.

The successful candidate will be confident working with a range of primary age groups and supporting pupils with a variety of additional needs. Flexibility, strong classroom management, and a passion for inclusive education are essential.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working with primary-aged pupils.
• Ability to adapt teaching to meet a range of SEND needs.
• Flexible and positive approach to working across different year groups.
