SENCO – TLRP2b

Required for January 2027 or sooner if possible.

Following the promotion of our current SENCO, we are seeking to appoint a new SENCO to continue our excellent SEND provision and to further develop our Pupil Premium provision. Hollins Grundy is a small one form entry primary school; our last Ofsted report in March 2023 commented that:

Leaders identify pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) quickly. The careful attention that leaders pay to meeting the needs of pupils with SEND helps to make certain that pupils fully engage in learning and achieve well across the curriculum.

The person appointed will have a class responsibility and will be part of the senior leadership team, playing an important part in leading and developing the school.
