This is a hands-on role supporting pupils with additional needs, offering consistency, care, and encouragement throughout the school day. The Role

You’ll work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, both in and out of the classroom. This may include 1:1 support, small group work, and helping pupils stay engaged, regulated, and confident in their learning.
