In this role, you will work closely with small groups and individual learners, delivering tailored and engaging teaching that meets each child’s unique needs. You will bring strong SEN experience, a flexible and creative approach, and the ability to adapt your teaching to support pupils with diverse learning profiles, including ASD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and more complex developmental or behavioural challenges.
