We have opportunities within specialist settings and mainstream schools supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. Your new roleAs an SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering tailored lessons to students with special educational needs, creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment. You will adapt lesson plans to suit individual learning styles and work collaboratively with teaching assistants and SENCOs to support pupil progress. Key responsibilities include:

Planning and delivering engaging lessons to meet diverse learning needs

Supporting pupils with EHCPs and additional behavioural or learning needs

Creating a positive and structured classroom environment

Monitoring and assessing student progress
