About the role

Vision for Education are recruiting for a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant / Instructor to join a specialist SEND school in Coventry from September 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced education professional who is passionate about supporting students with additional needs and is confident leading learning both within and outside of the classroom.

Working closely with teaching and leadership staff, you will play a key role in supporting student progress, delivering learning activities and helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

The Role

• Deliver learning activities to individuals, small groups and whole classes where appropriate
