The Role:
Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a student with Autism and complex needs across the school day. You will help the pupil follow routines, access learning, stay engaged in lessons, manage transitions, and build confidence, while feeding back clearly to teachers and the SENCO. The SEND Code of Practice remains the statutory guidance schools follow for identifying need, putting support in place, and reviewing the impact of support, while SEN teaching assistants are described by National Ca...
