Novalis Trust is a charity that supports children and adults with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties and other learning needs. The Design Technology Teacher role is based at William Morris School and works as part of a well-established team. We welcome teachers from all backgrounds and levels of experience looking to either begin a career in special educational needs or develop their existing skills in our environment. We specialise in trauma-informed, attachment-focused, relationship based, therapeutic approach to teaching.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and resilient teacher to lead our Design Technology department to ensure high quality learning takes place for our pupils aged 7-19.
