SEN Class Teacher – Primary (SEMH & Autism) – Poole

Full‑Time | Permanent Salary: MPR/UPR + SEN Allowance Start Date: September 2026

This nurturing, inclusive school supports primary‑aged pupils with SEMH needs and Autism, many of whom also present with additional complex needs requiring a highly individualised approach.

About the Role

The teacher will teach a primary curriculum adapted for pupils with SEMH needs, Autism and complex profiles. The suitable candidate will be expected to plan and deliver a progressive curriculum across the Key Stages, ensuring aspirational outcomes and supporting pupils on their future pathways.
