SEMH / Autism Teaching Assistant - Oldham - September Start
Pay: Β£110 - Β£120 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary / Long-term (with potential for permanent placement directly with the school in the future)
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated, resilient, and compassionate SEMH / Autism Teaching Assistant to join an Alternative Provision setting in the Oldham area for a September start.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Autism (ASC), helping them to re-engage with learning in a supportive and structured environment.
Role Responsibilities:
Supporting pupils with SEMH and Autism needs on a 1:1 and small group basis
Working within an Alternative Provision setting
Supporting emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement in learning
