Segment Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Segment Marketing Manager who will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for assigned customer segments. The role will focus on understanding customer needs, driving product and campaign initiatives, and strengthening GCash’s brand presence and business performance within the segment.

• Lead the planning and execution of segment‑focused marketing campaigns and strategies
• Develop customer propositions and positioning aligned with GCash’s products and services
