Who We Are Harkness Institute is not your typical high school. We're a bicultural, bilingual preparatory school where education happens around discussion tables, not lecture halls. Founded on the belief that Mexico's education can and should be exceptional, we've built something different—a place where motivated students and passionate educators come together to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, and prepare the next generation of thoughtful leaders. We use the Harkness method, a collaborative discussion-based approach where learning flows from student to student. Our classes max out at 14 students, creating an intimate environment where every voice matters and every perspective enriches the conversation.
