Summary About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC). Responsibilities Conducting quarterly reconciliation of locally accountable COMSEC material. Designing and implementing complex COMSEC Material Control System (CMCS) quality control procedures. Drafting section-level COMSEC instructions for HRH sub-accounts. Experience disseminate program changes to HRHs, and coordinate staff assistance visits to INSCOM NCR elements. Document and reporting routine COMSEC material transfers to other accounts. Providing written findings with corrective action recommendations.
